Bern Studio is an independent studio in Milan. It makes software, data tools, guides, templates and 3D-printed parts, and only keeps building the ones that prove themselves.

Validate before building
The smallest version that can prove the idea ships first: a quiz, a checklist, a single data actor. No months of building in the dark.

A number, set in advance
Each test gets a clear goal and a date before it launches. The decision is made on the number, not on how attached anyone feels to the idea.

Automate the rest
AI and automation take the repetitive work, so the time goes into the products that earned it.
Who is behind it
Bern Studio is run by Bernardo Almeida Lopes, working alone from Milan with an Italian VAT number. The studio is one person plus a lot of automation: that is what keeps it fast, and what keeps the products small and focused.
Some projects are for an international audience, some for Italy. The 3D printing side serves Milan and the surrounding area, with printers in-house.
